Hi, I’m Casey! Visibility and confidence coach, personal branding photographer, and the creator of the Awkward → Authentic method.
Before I ever held a camera, before I
coached women on confidence… I was the woman who shrank.
I hid behind perfection. I over performed. I made myself palatable.
I dimmed my voice, softened my edges, and
let fear of judgment run the show.
I was the girl who wanted to be seen, but didn’t feel safe to.
And then one day, a photo I took of myself stopped me cold.
It wasn’t a “bad photo.” It just didn’t look like me.
It looked like the version of myself I thought the world could handle.
That moment changed my entire life.
The Moment I Picked Up A Camera
When I started photographing women, I realized something powerful:
Most women don’t hate how they look.
They hate how they feel in the moment they’re being seen.
It’s not about angles, poses, lighting, or makeup.
It’s about safety, self-trust, nervous system regulation, identity, emotional expression, and the stories we carry into the moment
A camera doesn’t expose you. It reflects you.
So I became obsessed with helping women feel safe enough to show up as their real selves. Not the curated, performative, "good girl" self.
The powerful, expressive, embodied woman underneath it all.

I believe that women deserve to take up space without apologizing. That visibility requires safety, not strategy. Expression is what makes a woman unforgettable.
And, when you heal your relationship with being seen, your entire life expands.
I am here to help women see themselves through the lens of truth, not fear.

To help women rise into visibility with confidence, embodiment, and passion.
